Vyšehrad is on Line C of the Prague Metro. You can find the full list of stations and approximate travel times between them on the line’s page.

The PID timetable puts Muzeum in 4 minutes, Florenc in 7 minutes from Vyšehrad, on a direct train with no interchange. The figures are the median running time of every train that covers the section and do not include waiting on the platform.

The ordinary PID fare applies: 39 CZK for 30 minutes, 50 CZK for 90. Details and reduced fares are on the Fares and tariff page.

Sources differ: the operator DPP lists Vyšehrad as step-free, but the PID timetable marks only one of its platforms as step-free. Check your direction on dpp.cz before travelling.

Strollers and folded folding bikes (carried as luggage) are allowed. Under PID rules a non-motorised bicycle travels free on the metro on any platform of the train except the first one behind the driver’s cab, with at most two bikes per platform. PID sets no fixed banned hours, but bikes can be refused when the train is crowded. E-bikes, e-scooters and similar electric vehicles are banned on the metro (an e-bike with its battery removed is the exception). Details: pid.cz/cykliste-v-pid.
