Responsibility for processing personal data rests with the operator of metropraha.com. For privacy matters, please use the contact form.

What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email address and message — only when you submit the form, and only so we can reply to you.
  • Server logs: IP address, browser, requested page and time — kept temporarily for security purposes.
  • Cookies: see our cookie policy.

Purposes of processing

  • Replying to messages sent through the contact form.
  • Site security (protection against spam and attacks).
  • Aggregate traffic statistics without identifying individuals.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (contact form) and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site — in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.

Retention period

Messages from the contact form are kept for no more than 24 months. Server logs are rotated every 30 days.

Third parties

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. The site uses the following technical services:

  • Cloudflare (CDN and security) — processes IP addresses to protect the site from abuse.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — on the contact form.
  • Google AdSense — may display advertising; you manage personalisation settings in your Google account.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.

The site uses HTTPS and up-to-date security headers.
